We have a number of matchday roles available at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.
There are various paid positions on the turnstiles, in the ticket office and in our stewarding team.
Ideally we are looking to recruit people before our next home match against MK Dons on Saturday, September 4.

TURNSTILE OPERATORS
- We are in need of additional turnstile operators on match days at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.
- Turnstile operators are required from two hours before kick-off until just after the start of the match.
- Payment is provided plus a free ticket to watch the match.
- The role involves collecting ticket stubs, operating the turnstile and handing in the stubs after the match. It does not involve any cash handling.

MATCHDAY TICKET STAFF
- We are in need of additional staff to work in the ticket offices at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.
- You will be required to sell tickets and deal with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, always representing the club positively and enhancing the customer experience.
- The role will require use of the club’s ticketing system and card payment machines to provide a friendly, courteous and efficient booking experience for all supporters.
- You must be highly organised, efficient, proactive members of the ticketing team with the commitment to always deliver a high standard of customer service including the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- You must be available for all Cheltenham Town home match days which will include evening and weekend work.

MATCHDAY STEWARDS
- We are increasing our match day safety team and are looking for well-presented and conscientious match day stewards who are able to commit to our home matches for the remainder of the season.
- You should be 20-years-old or over.
- The job will be customer facing and we are looking for people with good communication skills and the ability to keep a calm head. (This role is customer service focussed rather than search and eject or a response role)
- The role will involve standing and will be outside in all weathers.
- Experience not essential as training and mentoring will be provided
- They will be tutored throughout a probationary period.
- Stewards are paid for an expected four-hour commitment on match days (Saturdays between 1pm and 5pm) and some midweek evening games.
- Please note that stewards will not necessarily be able to watch the game.
