Fellow League One side Gillingham will be Cheltenham Town's opponents in the Carabao Cup second round.
The Robins will head east to Kent to take on the Gills at their Priestfield Stadium home with the game taking place the week commencing 23 August.
On Tuesday Michael Duff's men made it into the next stage of the competition with a 2-0 away win over League Two side Bristol Rovers.
