Manchester United and Uruguay star Edinson Cavani proved to be the inspiration for Tuesday night match winner George Lloyd as his first half goal earned Cheltenham three points at Stevenage.
The academy product revealed post-match at the Lamex Stadium that he spent time going through clips involving the former Paris Saint Germain striker to see what positions he takes up in an attempt to increase his goal scoring opportunities.
And it seemed to work, as shortly before half time Lloyd brilliantly brought down a Conor Thomas forward pass and then slammed past Chelsea loanee Jamie Cumming in the Boro goal to score what proved to be the decisive goal on the night.

He'll be hoping to retain a place in the starting XI for Saturday's home fixture against Colchester United.
