Season ticket holders will have received a passcode this week via email enabling them to watch Saturday's League Two opener against Morecambe for free on iFollow.
Non-season ticket holders can also view the whole game live online by purchasing a match pass for £10.
This step-by-step guide shows you what you need to do to ensure you're set up and ready to watch this weekend's first game of the season against Morecambe at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.
1) From the Cheltenham Town Club website (http://www.ctfc.com) select Sign In / Register on the top right hand corner as seen below
2) You will then need to either sign in to iFollow (if you have previously used the service) or register for a new account if it is your first time. If you already have an account, skip to step 5. If you have forgotten your password select the option to resend it or email ifollow@efl.com for any further logging on problems.
3) If you are registering a new account, you will be taken to this page. Scroll down to the bottom and select the BASIC Pass option and select register now.
4) Please fill out all the details in the boxes marked with a *, select your email preferences and then accept the terms. Once complete press the Create Account button at the bottom. For any under-18s an adult will need to supply DOB to process and accept terms. Please note that each user must have a unique e-mail address.
5) You should now be logged in. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the match you wish to view by clicking 'Subscribe Now' in the box next to the relevant match.
6) The following page will then show. Season ticket holders will be issued with a unique code which will need to be inputted into the voucher code box below which will allow you to proceed and watch the match for FREE. Please note that you will need to submit card details or other payment option in order to proceed but no money will be taken as long as the code has been applied correctly and the total amount is £0. Cheltenham Town FC are unable to refund any season ticket supporters who do not apply the code correctly. Non season ticket holders will need to purchase a £10.00 match pass and can pay via the below options.
