Cheltenham Town have been awarded with the EFL Family Excellence Award for 2020.
The award recognises the quality of family experience provided on matchdays at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.
Last season the club received mystery family visits and was assessed following these visits - becoming one of 63 clubs across the EFL who have received the award.
One of the stand out aspects of the report on those visits was the quality of people working at the club.
The report detailed: "Just about everyone we met was friendly and some were very proactive and engaging too. From the phone calls to the stewards at the car park and from the staff in the Robins Nest to the people serving in the concourse food kiosk and the women in the shop: everyone was so welcoming."
The club are delighted to have achieved the EFL Family Excellence award for its matchday experience for families coming to the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.
