Reaction: Duff on Crawley Town

10 October 2020

As his team made it four wins in all competitions in a row, Robins boss Michael Duff was keen to praise his team's defensive qualities as they also kept another clean sheet in victory over Crawley Town.

A first half goal from a Ben Tozer long throw in, and an early second half strike from Andy Williams, did the damage in securing three points against the Red Devils.

But at the other end of the pitch the defensive unit and goalkeeper Josh Griffiths kept a clean sheet for a fourth match in a row.

Duff subsequently felt his team had learnt from the opening game of the season when they threw away a one goal lead to lose late on against a Morecambe team who have made a pleasing start to the season.
