Preview: Duff on Leyton Orient

1 October 2020

Michael Duff is calling on his Cheltenham Town side to concentrate fully on themselves ahead of Saturday's trip to Leyton Orient.

Orient, like the Robins, have been without any competitive action since the 19 September.

The London club's games have been called off recently after confirmed positive covid-19 cases in their squad, while Cheltenham's scheduled home fixture against Grimsby Town last weekend was postponed with a Mariners player testing positive.

Not knowing what potential team Orient may be able to select from, and having not played for what will be a fortnight on the day of the game, means that Duff feels his team have to focus solely on getting a job done on Saturday themselves.

Before their covid outbreak Orient have enjoyed a superb start to the season winning four out of their first four games, and then registering a draw against Mansfield Town under the eye of head coach Ross Embleton.
