Supporters looking to order from the online shop have until December 15 to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas when selecting the postage option.
Due to the unprecendented situation at present, the deadline has been brought forward a couple of days this year to allow plenty of time for delivery 10 days before Christmas.
For those that opt to collect from the club shop in person, the option to do so will remain open beyond the 15th and we will announce the dates for this in due course.
Orders can still be processed after the deadline but there is a risk that they may not arrive until after Christmas.
There is plenty of new stock and more to come in the online shop for Robins fans of all ages including official home and away shirts that can also be signed by the first-team squad for just £10 extra.
Leisurewear and training gear as well as a large selection of accessories such as water bottles, thermal mugs, mugs, face masks, stationery, footballs and scarves can act as ideal stocking fillers.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed as soon as possible and should arrive within a week, due to limited staff we are working as fast as we can to ensure prompt arrival. Please double check that you have selected the postage option and not collect from the stadium.
Can I still order after December 15?
The online shop will remain active 24 hours a day and orders can be taken any time but if purchases are made after the deadline then there is a chance they may not arrive before December 25.
I have selected the collect option, when can I pick my order up?
Once you have received confirmation via email there will be someone in the club offices between 9am-5pm on weekdays, please knock on the door and wait outside and a member of staff will be able to assist. If you are unsure, then call 01242 573558.
Can I collect orders after December 15?
Collections can still take place after the postage deadline, we will publicise specific 'click and collect' days closer to Christmas to coincide with opening hours.
