Reaction: Williams on Cambridge United

25 November 2020

Andy Williams was left frustrated that Cambridge United escaped from the Jonny-Rocks Stadium on Tuesday with a point having done so well to hold off one of the division's leading sides right until the end.

In the depths of stoppage time League Two's leading goal scorer Paul Mullin found the back of the net in a crowded box to deny Cheltenham three points, with the spoils shared between the teams second and third in the league.

Earlier Ben Tozer's close range finish after a Chris Hussey free kick had been parried had given the Robins the advantage on the stroke of half time.

This Saturday league action takes a break as the Robins head into the FA Cup second round with a home tie against League One Crewe Alexandra. The game is free to view on the BBC Sport website.
