Reaction: Sercombe on Cambridge United

25 November 2020

Liam Sercombe tipped Tuesday night opponents Cambridge United to be up at the top of the table come the back end of the League Two season after Tuesday's 1-1 draw with the U's.

Speaking to John Townley and Alex Bullions after Tuesday's game, which saw Mark Bonner's side come from behind to salvage a point in dramatic circumstances in second half stoppage time, Sercombe was left to rue a "sloppy" final minute.

The midfielder was also keen to emphasise that the team are second in the division after 14 games despite the disappointment of throwing away two additional points.
