Cheltenham Town will welcome Portsmouth to the Jonny-Rocks Stadium for the Papa John's Trophy second round on Tuesday 8 December.
The Robins reward for progressing through the group stage as group winners is a home tie in the last 32 against League One Pompey.
Kick-off on the night will be at 7pm against Kenny Jackett's side who currently sit 4th in the third tier.
The Portsmouth squad includes former Cheltenham loanee John Marquis as well as former fellow loanee and academy product Cameron Pring.
