This week we will be continuing our preparations for a potential return of supporters at the League Two match against Exeter City (Saturday, December 5).
However, we will need to obtain permission from the County Council Safety Advisory Group to amend our safety certificate before we can complete the arrangements. This process is ongoing and we aim to finalise everything this week.
We will be sharing regular updates, starting tomorrow morning to ensure everyone knows how it will work next weekend. At this moment in time, we ask supporters to not call the office with questions because we are not in a position to provide detailed information at this exact moment in time.
We will post the information on our website and social media channels as soon as we have it; and use our email tool to contact our season ticket holders.
To ensure the best possible experience for everyone we ask for your co-operation over the next few days and weeks, and our next step is to distribute the season tickets as efficiently as we can to reduce congestion on matchday.
Due to the extremely tight turnaround we are asking fans to collect their tickets in advance of the game to avoid any problems with potential delays by using the postal service.
Therefore we will be opening our Ticket Office every evening this week to enable collections.
|DAY||OPENING TIME||CLOSING TIME|
We are inviting just one person from each household to come along to the Ticket Office and follow social distancing guidelines, wearing a mask to protect other supporters and our staff. The deadline for collections will be Friday (December 4) at 6pm.
The exceptions are season ticket holders located outside of Gloucestershire, whose tickets we will post tomorrow. Please remember that if you do reside in areas with tier three restrictions then you will be unable to attend matches.
At this moment in time we believe that the match against Exeter City will be for season ticket holders only, so there will be no other sales of tickets for that particular match this week. We will have ticketing information for subsequent games later this week.
We're looking forward to seeing you all! By working together on this we know we can make a successful return to the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
