The former Chesterfield and Oxford United central defender has been sitting down to look back at some of his first experiences in football - from his first goal, red card, manager he worked under at Port Vale and more.
He also remembers his first day as a Cheltenham player, his first mobile phone and job plus others first experiences growing up in Tenerife and then back in England.

The defender will be aiming to line up as part of the Robins backline against his former club on Saturday when Port Vale are the visitors to the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.

All of the seating area at The New Lawn was sold out on the first day of sales yesterday, while tickets are only on sale currently to season ticket holders and Travel Club members. They go on general sale on Thursday 12 March.
