Rohan Ince has spoken of a belief in the Cheltenham Town squad of how no matter what style of performance the team produces they believe they can win on every occasion they cross the white line to enter the pitch.

The former Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder spoke to the media on Thursday morning ahead of this Saturday's away match at Cambridge United.

The 27-year-old has come off the bench to reinforce the Robins midfield in the last two outings against Colchester United and Port Vale and feels that the team have found different ways to ensure they claim valuable points, dependent on their opposition and what's required during games to produce results.

"It's very positive at the moment," he said. "As the manager said we're not trying to get ahead of ourselves. We try and take every game as it comes.

"We're not looking 'if this team loses we could be here' - we are just concentrating on winning the next game.

"There's a belief in the camp now that we can do it. We can win a game by playing nice football and we can win a game in a gritty way.

"Sometimes we don't play well and we still end up getting results so I think there's a belief."
