Charlie Raglan was pleased that him and his Cheltenham Town teammates were able to get off to a positive start in their League Two play-off semi-final with Northampton Town.

He was one of two goal scorers on Thursday at the PTS Academy Stadium who helped the Robins to a 2-0 victory - a lead they will carry into Monday's second leg at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.

There's still a massive amount to do if Cheltenham are to fend off a strong Cobblers outfit who will be desperate to get to Wembley but Raglan spoke post-match about how satisfied he was that the team showed what they were about in front of the Sky Sports cameras.

"It is a good result in the first leg of two games so we've got it all to do on Monday," he said.

"We're obviously very pleased. We've had a long break like everyone else and I suppose it was a bit unknown how the game was going to go in such strange circumstances.

"It was about us tonight and how we could impose our game - that was the most important thing.

"I think at times we did that and stood up to what they're about. They are a tough side to play against so we're pleased with the result."
