The Cheltenham Town Academy are looking to appoint an experienced, hardworking individual who has a passion for developing football coaches in the role of Academy Head of Coaching to improve academy performance.
The purpose of the role is to establish a sustainable system and approach to coach development within the Academy in line with the club's philosophy, culture and values.
There is focus to develop coaches so that they improve and perform to the best of their potential and subsequently maximising the potential of the players that they work with.
This is a full time (35 hours) role and the closing date for applications is 26 July 2020.
