Robins boss Michael Duff is looking forward to taking his much improved side to Colchester United on Saturday.

Just over 12 months ago his team were soundly beaten at the JobServe Community Stadium, but now they travel to Essex 5th in League Two and on a run of four straight wins.

Despite that Duff is still well aware that this weekend's opponents are a force to reckoned with in the division as one of his side's rivals for the promotion spots.

"They can play lots of different ways," Duff said. "They can play a three. They played 4-4-2 last week but they're generally a 4-3-3 so they've got lots of options.

"They've got quite a few players who have been there a while now so they'll understand John (McGreal) and the way he wants them to play and little tweaks he'll make. They've got good players - quite a few of them as well.

"They gave us a hiding there last year, it was 3-0 and could have been a lot more.

"We learnt quite a lot about us with regards to what we weren't very good at and things we had to change and learn from."
