The annual report and accounts for Cheltenham Town AFC Ltd will be distributed to shareholders this week.
The accounts cover the 12-month period up to 31 May 2019 (broadly speaking the period of the 2018-19 season) and report a profit of £69,291 for the year following a loss of £121,261 the previous season.
"As a board we strive to run a 'tight ship' and our cash balances remain strong after an eventful period for the club," explained finance director Clive Gowing.
"The exceptional revenue we received over the 12 months enabled us to turn a deficit into a small profit, significantly reduce our loan burden and support the new management team when it was appointed in September 2018."
Chairman Andy Wilcox added: "As a club a lot of hard work has gone into ensuring we continue to run a financially sustainable football club, which has its challenges, and I would like to thank everyone for their continued support."
Shareholders will have an opportunity to join the directors at the club's AGM next month. We will share the details shortly.
