Boyle, Raglan & Duff on LGBTQ+ inclusivity in football

4 December 2020

Cheltenham Town manager Michael Duff and first team players Will Boyle and Charlie Raglan have joined Danyal Khan as part of the club's Rainbow Laces week to discuss LGBTQ+ inclusivity in football.

All this week here at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium we've been celebrating Stonewall UK's Rainbow Laces campaign to promote better inclusivity for the LGBTQ+ community in football across the UK.

To find out more about how players and a League Two manager feel about the possibility of players or coaches coming out in the game, what the reaction would be in the dressing room and from supporters on the terraces throughout the game and here at Cheltenham, Robins media intern Danyal spoke to the trio to gather their thoughts.

You can watch this fascinating discussion for free on iFollow above, or via the EFL iFollow app.

Check out some of the other great content around Rainbow Laces ahead of our designated fixture against Exeter City this weekend online including Danyal's chat with Jamie Howells, conversation with Exeter media officer Craig Bratt and Danyal's own story of being a part of the LGBTQ+ community and in football.
