West Bromwich Albion youngster Finn Azaz has today agreed terms on a loan move to Cheltenham Town.
The Birmingham born midfielder becomes the club's second summer signing ahead of the 2020/21 campaign following the arrival of striker Andy Williams on Wednesday.
Azaz is a 19-year-old goal scoring midfielder who has progressed through the ranks at the Hawthorns after originally joining the Baggies as a 9 year old.
His move to the Jonny-Rocks Stadium will be his first loan experience, though he has already made six EFL Trophy appearances for Premier League bound West Brom, across the 2017/18 and 2018/19 campaigns.
He has also been a key part of the Baggies Premier League 2 side and featured for them in a behind closed doors friendly against Cheltenham at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium in late January.
Commenting on his move to the Robins Azaz said: "It has been in the works for a while. It's something that definitely feels right for me at the moment.
"I've been keeping myself fit while I've been off during the covid lockdown so I am raring to go and I'm ready for the challenge."
