Outdoor cinema experience comes to Cheltenham Town

3 August 2020

On the weekend of Saturday 15 and 16 of August the car park at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium is going to  be transformed into an outdoor cinema with a number of films for the family to come and enjoy across the two days.

'Break', the first UK film to be premiered at a drive-in cinema, is the main event of the weekend, but there are plenty of films on offer to enjoy as part of a unique experience at CTFC.

Family classics such as Up, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Grease, Black Beauty, Dolittle and the Rocky Horror Show are all playing across the weekend.

'Break' is a rags to riches, feel good story, following the exploits of Spencer Pryde, a gifted, inner-city kid, wasting his talents on petty crime. Directed by Michael Elkin it's produced by Dean Fisher and British television presenter and actress Terri Dwyer.

It's being shown four times across the weekend and a trailer for the film is available below:

Tickets and details of the film schedule for the entire weekend are available to view and purchase online for a special day at the movies at Cheltenham Town.
