Cheltenham Town will take on Slimbridge in the first round of the Gloucestershire Senior Cup on Tuesday 10 September.
The match will take place at Slimbridge's Thornhill Park home and kick-off is at 7.45pm.
It is the second season in a row the two clubs have faced each other in the competition.
Last year the Swans won through to the next round after a penalty shootout victory at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.

The Bet Victor Southern League South Division One club have started the season having played four league games and picked up three points.
They were knocked out of the FA Cup in midweek by Hellenic Premier Division Burnham on penalties in a replay.
