Fan Zone in place for Crewe match on Saturday

25 September 2019

There will be a Fan Zone in the main club car park ahead of Cheltenham Town's big game against Crewe Alexandra at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium this Saturday (28th September, 3pm kick-off).

As one of the suggestions put forward by supporters in our fan survey, the area will be based near the Club Shop and Ticket Office with plenty of entertainment going on before kick-off.

Refreshments will be available with an outdoor mini bar and pork rolls are also going to be on sale, with the zone open between 1:15pm-2:30pm.

Supporters can test their shot power on the Community Trust's Speed Gun, which is good fun for all ages. Can you beat the highest current score of 76mph?

A Teqball table will also be positioned in the Fan Zone from 12:30pm, with supporters able to test their skills at the popular sport that has already been named as one of the fastest growing in the world.

Teqball is a new football-based sport designed in Hungary that is ideal for professional and amateur players to develop their technical skills, concentration and stamina.

A few familiar faces from the club will be around the Fan Zone and club mascot Whaddney the Robin will be making an appearance from 2pm onwards as the ground gears up towards kick-off.

Tickets for Saturday's game between second and third in the League Two table can be purchased from the Ticket Office tomorrow and Friday between 10am-3pm with the Robins chasing a fifth straight League Two victory.

Tickets can also be purchased online anytime by clicking here.
