Robins welcome Prestbury Phantoms to the Training Ground

29 October 2019

Cheltenham Town welcomed Youth League offer winners Prestbury Phantoms to the Energy Check Training Ground earlier on today after they scooped the top prize for selling the most season tickets in the summer.

The Robins released a special season ticket offer for Youth League clubs across Gloucestershire before the start to the 2019/20 season as part of the #MadeofCheltenham campaign and Prestbury Phantoms sold the most to win an exclusive experience at the Robins' Training base in Swindon Village.

Around 25 children ranging from ages of 6-15 watched the first team train up close before meeting the players and having a Q & A session with manager Michael Duff.

The Prestbury Phantoms players then had their own personal training session with Robins coaches, finishing with a crossbar challenge competition with the winner getting a limited edition Cheltenham Town branded version of FIFA 20 on PS4.

We look forward to seeing the season ticket holding Phantoms players again this weekend when Forest Green Rovers are the visitors to the Jonny-Rocks Stadium in League Two.

Tickets for the Gloucestershire derby can be bought online by clicking here. With tickets now able to be purchased in the Colin Farmer Stand too as well as all standing areas - the Autovillage Stand has now sold out.
