Robins raise awareness of World Mental Health Day

10 October 2019

Cheltenham Town, alongside all other member clubs in the EFL, are raising awareness of World Mental Health Day today.

The club are working with the Football League's official charity partners, Mind, to try and make a difference and to raise awareness of the importance of mental health.

You can watch messages from Luke Varney, Will Boyle and Charlie Raglan above on iFollow encouraging those who need support to reach out and do so.

Here at the club the Cheltenham Town Community Trust work on a number of mental health projects.

The Community Trust's MenTalk & GirlTalk covers a range of health and well-being topics, available to all secondary schools in Gloucestershire for years 9 and above. They deliver throughout the academic year on behalf of Public Health Gloucestershire and the workshops are completely free to schools.

The students always find the lessons beneficial and they are delivered in a way that creates an instant link and leaves a lasting impact.
