Ryan Broom has committed his future to Cheltenham Town by agreeing a new two-year contract with the club.
The 22-year-old has extended his stay at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium until the summer of 2021 to become the latest member of Michael Duff's team to confirm their position in the squad next season.
Signed on a one-year contract in May 2018, the Welsh youngster went onto make 48 appearances in all competitions in his debut season at the club.
His excellent form caught the eye of many at the Jonny-Rocks as he registered four times in front of goal and played a significant role in the 3-5-2 system as a wing back that the team settled into for much of the campaign.
"I'm glad to get things sorted and I'm looking forward to coming back next season and having a good start with the team," Broom said after signing his new deal.
"If you look at the form table after Christmas we were in the top eight I believe - that's definitely a confidence thing we can take into next season if we can build from that.
"I'm glad with how things have gone. I'm glad to be working under the manager here and moving forward."
Broom follows Scott Flinders, Alex Addai, Rhys Lovett, Charlie Raglan, Chris Clements and Luke Varney, as well as academy graduate Archie Brennan, in committing himself to the club.
Player sponsorship for the 2019/20 season is available for the players home and away shirts. Email email@example.com to find out more about player availability for the new campaign.
