3 May 2019

Cheltenham Town forward Alex Addai joined Cheltenham Town Community Trust coaches at Highnam Primary Academy to deliver an assembly based on 'playing the right way'.

Highnam is the latest school that the Trust have visited accross Cheltenham and the rest of Gloucestershire this season through the Premier League Primary Stars project.

The Trust have also been working with the school since the start of the term delivering boys and girls football lunchtime club.

Popular winger Addai, who recently put pen to paper on a new contract that sees him remain with the Robins for another season, took part in a Q and A session during the assembly.

The assembly was focused on exploring ten positive behaviour traits to inspire children to adopt positive attitudes and behaviours when playing and following football.

Addai gave examples of playing the right way when on the pitch, before entertaining the pupils with stories of his career and showing off his favourite goal celebrations.
