Shrewsbury Town will visit the Jonny-Rocks Stadium for a pre-season friendly on Tuesday 23 July.
The League One side are Cheltenham's seventh warm up opponents ahead of the 2019/20 League Two season, and will be the club's third home pre-season fixture.
Kick-off on the night will be at 7.45pm as the second in a series of three home matches in a week. Premier League side Leicester City are the visitors on 20 July, with the Shrewsbury game sandwiched in between another contest with Bristol Rovers on 27 July.
Shrewsbury are managed by former Wales international Sam Ricketts and ended their 2018/19 League One campaign in 18th place.
