West Ham United have been drawn as the Category 1 club in Cheltenham Town's EFL Trophy group for the 2019/20 season.
The draw took place this afternoon and will see the Robins line up in a four team group in Group E made up of:
Exeter City
Cheltenham Town
Newport County
West Ham United
Last season the Robins made it to round three of the competition when the club's run in the competition was ended by Oxford United in a penalty shootout at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.
The eventual winners of the competition at Wembley Stadium were Portsmouth. They defeated Sunderland in the final on penalties in front of a crowd of over 85,000.
