A taste of life at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium towards the back end of last season was enough to ensure new signing Dan Bowry was determined to make his Cheltenham Town experience a permanent one.
The 21-year-old has signed a one-year contract with the Robins to become the club's fifth summer addition.
Speaking for the first time, the former Charlton Athletic defender has expressed his happiness at an opportunity to line up in a League Two squad for the forthcoming season.
"I came here at the end of last season for two weeks and I'm just happy that it's finally been sorted. I'm ready to go for pre-season," he said.
"I was only here for two weeks but straight away I knew it is a great community to be in. I was raring to come back and get started again.
"I'm an athletic defender but also good at one-v-one defending. I'm also a ball playing defender, long and short range, and I also like driving in and starting the play off from the back."
