The supporters coach will leave for the game at 9.30am from the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.
Prices for a seat on the coach are £18/£16 for members and £20/£18 for non-members.
Tickets and travel can be purchased through the ticket office at the club. The ticket office is open on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 10am and 3pm, as well as on a home matchday.
