Kelsey Mooney’s time at Cheltenham Town has come to an end and the striker has returned to parent club Aston Villa at the end of his loan spell.
The 19-year-old scored two times in 14 appearances at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.
Signed on loan in August, the Villa under-23s forward made his debut at the start of September in a home loss to Colchester United, though went on to score his first Football League goal in his second appearance – finding the net in a 3-1 victory at Northampton Town.
He also hit the back of the net in a 6-2 Checkatrade Trophy group stage win over Arsenal under-23s.
His final appearance for the club came in the 0-0 draw at Swindon Town just before Christmas.
