Cheltenham Town are seeking an experienced, hard working individual who has a passion for developing coaches to join the club as Head of Academy Coaching to improve academy performance.
Based at the club's Energy Check Seasons Training Ground in Swindon Village, this is a permanent role and the closing date is Sunday 20 January.
The club are looking for an individual to establish a sustainable system and approach to coach development within the Academy in line with the club’s philosophy, culture and values, and to develop coaches so that they improve and perform to the best of their potential and subsequently maximise the potential of the players that they work with.
