Preview: Raglan on Swindon

25 April 2019

Charlie Raglan is aiming for a much improved collective team performance on Saturday when Swindon Town are the visitors to the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.

The defender wants to bounce back from the Easter Monday loss at Morecambe as quickly as possible, and Saturday's final home game of the season against Swindon represents the next opportunity to do just that.

When Cheltenham and Swindon last came face-to-face earlier in the season, just before Christmas, the game ended in a 0-0 draw at the County Ground.

Although Raglan wasn't involved in that contest, having joined the next month on loan from Oxford United, he is aware of the threats they will carry this weekend.

"Looking at them from the outside I know they've got a bit of pace up top as well as strenghth," Raglan said.

"They've got different options, especially up front. They've done well since their new manager has come in. They've had a couple of decent results.

"I know one or two of the players having played with or against them. They'll come here full of confidence and look at our result and think that they can turn us over.

"But we've been a different force at home. I'd hope that we can collectively put in a much better performance."

Tickets for Saturday's match are available to buy online at any time or from the ticket office on Thursday up to 3pm, and Friday between 10am and 3pm. They are also availble on the turnstiles on matchday.
