Loan watch: Duku on target again

8 April 2019

Manny Duku scored his third FC Halifax Town goal in seven games against the National League's second place club Leyton Orient on Saturday.

The attacker gave FC Halifax the lead at Brisbane Road in a game where his team led 2-0, only to concede in stoppage time to draw 2-2 with one of the fifth tiers promotion contenders.

Liam McAlinden claimed his eighth assist in 10 matches for Kidderminster Harriers as he helped Mark Yates' side clinch a 3-0 home win over Bradford Park Avenue.

Josh Debayo wasn't involved in Dover's matchday squad against Chesterfield, however Tom Smith played the full game for Bath City in their National League South trip to Welling United. The midfielder hit the bar in stoppage time at Park View Road as Bath lost 2-1 to a late goal.

Members of the club's under-18s squad were also in loan action for their respective sides at the weekend.

Freddie Lapworth and Tom Handley both featured for Lydney Town as they earned a good away win on their travels at Flackwell Heath in the Hellenic Premier Division.

A level up in the Southern League Division One South, Ioan Richards started in defence for Slimbridge as the Swans were beaten by Moneyfields at Thornhill Park.
