A Cheltenham Town Ladies record attendance of 375 were at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium on Saturday evening to watch the Ladies earn a late draw against Swindon Town.

Saturday's double-header matchday saw the men's and ladies teams of both Cheltenham and Swindon go head-to-head in the Robins final home match of the campaign, with the men's playing first ahead of the Ladies in the evening.

Teenage youngster Georgia Brown struck a late penalty to ensure the Ladies secured a 2-2 draw having controlled most of the game against their counterparts from Wiltshire.

They went ahead early on when Cerys Dolloway finished from close-range after Swindon struggled to defend a corner.

However the away side then drew level a short while later. Alice Telling found the back of the net to get her side back on equal terms.

Swindon then went into half time in the lead when Milly Colford kept her cool when one-on-one with Bec Panniers to finish well.

The Robins had chances throughout the second half to get back on level terms but found it difficult to find a way through. Annie Martin struck the crossbar with one effort from outside the box.

They did however eventually earn something deserved from the game when Brown stroked in from 12-yards at the death to salvage a point.

The result keeps the Ladies 3rd in the FA Women's National League Division One South West with one game left to play.
