Tom Field is settling well into life at Cheltenham Town and is confident the side will start picking up points soon.
The 21-year-old left-back has made three appearances since arriving on loan from Brentford last month and was speaking ahead of the match against Morecambe this evening (7.45pm kick-off).
"The spirit is good, and the main thing is we are training well," he told journalists at Monday's press conference.
"The training is at a high standard and I know the Championship is a high standard and this is not that much different.
"I don’t know what it is on the pitch, I just think it’s a little click or something like that and we should start picking up points. Hopefully that starts tomorrow.
I think in both first halves [against Exeter City and Lincoln City] it shows we can compete with the best.
"I think Exeter were second when we faced them and Lincoln obviously first, I think we can compete and we need to continue that in the second half.
"I don’t know if it’s a mentality thing or if we are just getting a bit unlucky, so we have shown we can perform well enough against those two teams in the first half.
Today we will get extensive analysis work, so [Michael Duff] will definitely get his point across and I’m sure it’ll be good enough to get the three points on Tuesday night."
