Cheltenham Town return to action at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium tomorrow night with a match against Mangotsfield United in the Gloucestershire Senior Challenge Cup first round (7.45pm).
Robins manager Michael Duff is set to field a strong team of first team squad players with the likes of Sam Jones, Conor Thomas, Liam McAlinden, George Lloyd, Kelsey Mooney and Kevin Dawson all expected to feature.
Chris Hussey is set to start his first match since suffering a groin injury and defender Matthew Bower is also eligible under the terms of his youth loan to Weston-Super-Mare.
Bristol-based Mangotsfield United play in the Evo-Stik Southern League Division One South and have played Cheltenham Town in the County Cup on two previous occasions. In season 2000-01 the Robins ran out 3-0 winners at home with goals from Shane Duff, Jason White and Hugh McAuley. The tables were turned in 2012-13 at the semi-final stage when Mangotsfield won a semi-final tie 2-1 at their Cossham Street ground against a young Cheltenham team.
