Cheltenham Town Football Club can confirm that Manager Gary Johnson will not face any further action from the FA after being sent to the stands during the recent Sky Bet League Two fixture with Mansfield.
Johnson has been warned with regard to his future conduct but will be free to manage the Robins from the touchline for tomorrow’s league fixture with Barnet at the LCI Rail Stadium.
Gary Johnson said: “I am very pleased with the news that no further action will be taken and that the powers that be have read the situation and fully appreciated the circumstances in the game.
“It’s important we all now move on and our focus remains, at it has been all week, totally on the visit of Barnet to the LCI Rail Stadium this weekend.”
