Defender Will Boyle admitted Cheltenham Town must cut out 'soft goals' as his second half header secured an important point at Blundell Park against Grimsby Town.
"It's mixed emotions after that," he said. "We have given away a soft goal two weeks on the trot now and second half both teams have had chances to win it
"We have gifted them a goal. If we don't do that we win 1-0. But it's an okay point and we keep them below us.
"We've got more than enough quality to go up the table. The last few weeks we haven't put ourselves in a position to chase higher, which is bitterly disappointing.
"We're not under any illusions, we know we are not safe by any means. But if we keep looking up that will take care if itself.
"The ambition is to finish as high as possible. We don't want to be going into the final four or five games in a right scrap like last season."
