Michael Duff spoke to the media on Thursday morning ahead of Saturday’s Sky Bet League Two trip to Port Vale.

His side will be looking to follow up their last gasp victory over Grimsby Town last time out at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.

A Vale side who sit 15th in the division are the challenge. They are six points ahead of the Robins and last weekend scored two late goals to come from being 2-0 down to draw 2-2 at Morecambe.

“They have had a couple of good result and with the local rivalry that was a big one for them,” Duff said.

“Tom Pope up top, they’ll play off him, they’ve got good width and they are another sort of team that don’t have many young lads – they know the level and we know what we’re going to get.

“We need to roll our sleeves up if we’re going to get anything out of the game.”
