Academy youngster Will Dawes has joined Hellenic Premier Division side Tuffley Rovers on a work experience youth loan.
The midfielder has moved to the Glevum Park side after a recent spell at Southern League Division One South outfit Yate Town.
A second year in the under-18s set-up, Dawes could make his Tuffley debut in their home fixture against Binfield on Saturday.
Tuffley are currently 19th in the Hellenic Premier and are managed by former Bishop's Cleeve defender Mark Pritchett.
He has been an unused substitute for the first team at Cheltenham on three occasions – for away League Two fixtures at Coventry City, Barnet and Cambridge United last season.
