Filming inside the Jonny-Rocks Stadium

4 August 2018

Ahead of the opening game of the Sky Bet League Two season, Cheltenham Town would like to remind all supporters that the filming of matches is strictly prohibited under EFL Regulations.

The Football League has extremely important contracts with its broadcast partners and any infringement of broadcast rights, no matter how small, is viewed very seriously by the football authorities. We have therefore been reminded of our responsibilities with regard to the prevention of filming games within the stadium.

Whilst mobile phones are permitted within stadiums (under EFL ground regulations) they can only be used for personal and private use (which does not include any capturing, logging, recording, transmitting, playing, issuing, showing or any other communication of any footage of any match for commercial purposes).

No footage of any match that is captured on a mobile phone or other mobile device may be published or otherwise made available to third parties including, without limitation, via social networking sites.

We thank supporters for understanding the need for us to strictly enforce EFL regulations and look forward to welcoming you to the Jonny-Rocks Stadium this Saturday.
