Jamie Grimes was delighted to score his first Football League goal as the Robins soared to a 3-1 victory over Colchester United.
The defender struck in the 58th minute from close range to cap a welcome return to winning ways at the LCI Rail Stadium.
"We've not scored in the last few games so our aim today was to go out and score and we've done that," he said.
"I'd like to think I can get five a season but that's my first one in a while, so hopefully I can add a few more to it this season.
"It was so important to get the early goals. They settled us down, and we had to prove to our fans that we can score goals and that's exactly what we did.
"We created a lot of chances, so if we can keep a few more clean sheets we'll be fine.
"We've got good footballers and we're moulding ourselves into a team that plays good football."
