Commercial: Round-up from Colchester visit

18 September 2017

Our home clash with Colchester United in the Sky Bet League Two at the LCI Rail Stadium on Saturday saw our new competition – the Speedy Skips Half-Time Challenge – make its debut.

For every Saturday home league match – weather permitting – two fans will take to the field to try and chip balls into the Speedy Skip!

And thanks to our friends at Speedy Skips, every time a fan chips in a ball in they will donate £100 to Sue Ryder.

Jack O’Neill and James Robinson, from the Robins Trust, took part in the first competition and we were delighted to also welcome visitors from Sue Ryder to the game. Visit www.sueryder.org for more information.

Our thanks go to the Robins Trust and Community Trust for helping organise and run the new half-time game.

LCI Rail were our match sponsors for the big game and were on hand to present Kevin Dawson with his man-of-the-match award after the 3-1 victory.

This season the man-of-the-match award is presented after every home fixture in association with the Screening Rooms Cheltenham.

And finally, our thanks to autovillage who presented the Player-of-the-Month award to Jordan Cranston prior to kick-off. Keep checking ctfc.com for the September shortlist later this month.
