Midfielder Jerell Sellars is eager to continue his impressive form for Cheltenham – and revealed there is a real buzz about training this week ahead of the trip to Port Vale.
Sellars has won successive man-of-the-match awards for his performances against Forest Green Rovers and Swindon Town in the league and cup.
And the talented 21-year-old is determined to build on that form as the Robins head to Stoke-on-Trent this Saturday.
“I’ve enjoyed the season. I self-analyse myself quite a lot and feel my performances have been good,” he said.
“We’ve picked up loads in recent weeks and we’re on a really good run.
“We’re playing very well and we don’t feel like we have a weak spot. Everyone knows their job and they’re sticking to it.
“We’ve got to respect Port Vale this weekend,” he added. “We can’t go being complacent and we’re going to roll them over – that is how you get beat.”
