Young Robins lose out in Essex
A youthful Cheltenham Town side went down 6-2 to Southend United in the Central League on Tuesday afternoon.Goals from Joe Hance and Jacob Nutting for The Robins cancelled out Southend strikes from Nico Cotton and Harry Phillips to make it 2-2 at half time.
However, second half goals from Dan Walker and Norman Wabo put The Shrimpers firmly in control of the game.
Phillips and Walker then both doubled their tallies for the match to round off the scoreline and ensure that Southend would end up comfortable winners.
