Robins set for stand sponsorship raffle

14 June 2017

This summer our Commercial team will be holding a very special raffle, one that is open to all with the winner receiving sponsorship of the Colin Farmer Stand for the entire 2017/18 season.
For just £100incVAT, you (or your company) can put your name in the hat with the draw taking place before the "Johnson Cup" pre-season game against Bristol Cty on July 25th.
Buying a raffle ticket comes with added extras:
- 2 tickets to the Johnson Cup game
- 2 tickets to a home league match of your choice
- Meet the Chairman Paul Baker and Manager Gary Johnson at the event with a welcome drink on arrival.
The event, housed in our premier suite, will be a great networking opportunity with lots of local businesses in attendance. Commercial Manager John Finnigan commented, "This was a great night last year with over 100 entrants. It's a nice chance for companies to support the football club on a smaller scale as well as giving themselves a chance to sponsor our biggest stand. We need to thank Rory Woolridge who helped create this set-up."
Rory, a season ticket holder of many years, was the winner last season. After the tragic loss of our close friend and Vice-Chairman Colin Farmer, Rory generously suggested changing the new 'Rory Woolridge Stand' to the 'Colin Farmer Stand - Sponsored by Rory Woolridge'. Finnigan added, "Colin is so fondly remembered at the club that to be associated with his stand is a real honour, for any fan or company."
This year we are also offering another choice for companies. Some businesses have preferred not to enter but have asked if they can buy a ticket for their chosen charity, something we are more than happy to accomodate.
Along with the top stand sponsorship prize, there are also five runner-up prizes:
- A full page programme advert
- Match hospitality for four, including a two-course meal
- 'Director for a day' including boardroom hospitality and Directors' box seats
- Signed replica shirt
- Signed ball
