We can now confirm that Billy Waters has today joined Northampton Town for an undisclosed fee.
Billy, who joined the Robins back in 2015 signs a three-year contract with the Cobblers.
Cheltenham boss Gary Johnson commented, "Obviously we wish Billy well. He's gone searching for pastures new at a higher level, we're sad to see him go but that's football."
Waters, who played a big part in our National League winning campaign of 2015/16 was our top scorer this season.
