Pete Haynes has today been officially named the club's new Lead Professional Development Phase Coach, taking charge of the U18s team.
Pete, 22, has worked his way up through the Academy and is Britain's youngest coach on the Advanced Youth Award (Level 4) and UEFA A Licence coaching courses.
Haynes, a former CTFC academy player himself, has been working with the U18s since March. Watch what he had to say about his new role, as he spoke to Robins TV, here:
